1. Accepting these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Repmory. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Repmory.
2. Who may use Repmory
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Private Beta access is invitation and approval based. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure and for activity under your account.
3. The service
Repmory helps in-person fitness and strength coaches capture post-session information, organize it into coach-controlled drafts, keep confirmed client Memory and share approved Session Recaps. It is not a medical service, emergency service, workout-programming system or payment processor.
Beta features may change as we learn from use. We will take reasonable care to preserve coach data and provide notice when a material service change affects it.
4. Your coaching information and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Repmory a limited permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter, for obtaining any necessary client consent, and for deciding what is appropriate to share. Do not enter information you are not authorized to process. Take particular care with health-related details and information about minors.
5. AI-assisted output
Transcripts, Private Coach Notes, training facts and Session Recaps may contain mistakes or omissions. Repmory requires coach review, but you remain responsible for checking the result before saving, relying on or sharing it. AI output is not medical, legal or other professional advice.
Do not use Repmory as the sole basis for a safety-critical training, health or emergency decision.
6. Sharing and external services
You control when a Session Recap link is created and can revoke it. Anyone who receives an active link may be able to view and forward it, so share links only with intended recipients.
Optional Stripe and PayPal links direct users to a third-party service. Your relationship with that provider governs checkout, payment status, disputes and refunds. Repmory does not process those payments.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Repmory to violate law or another person's rights, access another coach's account or information, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, evade access or cost controls, automate abusive requests, or submit content that you do not have the right to use.
8. Repmory materials
Repmory and its software, design, branding and documentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during the Beta; they do not transfer ownership of Repmory materials.
9. Availability and suspension
We aim to keep Repmory available, but the Beta may experience interruption, delay or errors. We may suspend access to protect users, control material cost or security risk, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.
10. Ending use
You may stop using Repmory and request account deletion. We may end or limit Beta access with reasonable notice unless immediate action is needed for security, abuse or legal reasons. Any available export window and deletion date will be shown in the product.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the Beta is provided as available without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Repmory is not responsible for decisions made without the coach review required by the service, for third-party services, or for access caused by a recipient forwarding an active recap link.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability may be limited, Repmory's total liability relating to the free Private Beta will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the previous three months or USD 100.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
